All Sales Are Final!
All orders are shipped out 1-3 days after payment is processed. Due to COVID-19, we are following all necessary guidelines and double sanitize every item thoroughly. We are not accepting any refunds or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order when you receive it, please contact us via email or our live chat box within the first 24 hours of receiving your order with your name, order number, and your zip code.
Subscription Boxes
Each subscription box is custom designed and hand packaged to cater to your hair's health needs on based the most common curly hair struggles. Every month for six months we will include EXCLUSIVE natural necessities that focus on improving different aspects of hair health. You will also find a motivating message inside each box to help keep you inspired along your natural hair journey.
Pre-Orders

A pre-order is ordering an item of merchandise listed before it is available, with an understanding that it will be shipped later. All orders are charged immediately during checkout. Much like an order for an in-stock item, a pre-order is considered commitment to a purchase of an item. When a customer wants the item so we in turn commit an order with the manufacturer. Because of this, we ask that the customer pays in full at the time of order. Status updates, shipping and tracking information will always be sent through email.
Can a Pre-Order Be Cancelled?​

In general a pre-order cannot be cancelled. After a pre-order is submitted, we immediately place an order with the manufacturer - which commits us to purchase the item on the customer's behalf.
